A Typical Practice with SCSC
Our practices are designed to build strength, endurance, and synchronicity in the water. Each session begins with one hour of landrilling, where we focus on routine memorization, counts, and precise movements before getting into the pool.
Once in the water, we start with a short but effective warm-up to prepare our bodies for the training ahead. The majority of our practice is dedicated to refining our Technical and Free Team routines, ensuring sharp execution and synchronization.
Additionally, once a month, we shift our focus to extra routines, including solos, duets, and trios, giving swimmers the opportunity to develop personalized performances and expand their competitive experience.
Our practices are structured, challenging, and fun, helping each swimmer improve their skills while fostering a strong sense of teamwork and artistry.
