Seattle Cascades Synchro Club

Seattle Cascades Synchro Club is a Masters artistic swimming team based in the Greater Seattle Area. We are affiliated with USA Masters Artistic Swimming and welcome swimmers of all ages 18 and up. Our team provides a supportive and fun environment for adults who love the sport and are wanting to return to the water.

We train regularly to build strength, flexibility, and artistic expression while refining technical skills and choreography. Our team competes in various meets across the U.S. and Canada, with the USA Masters Artistic Swimming National Championships being our biggest competition of the year.
